Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY: IMPORTANT: Check the time zone on all confirmation emails. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sessions in a package of 4 must be completed within 60 days from the date the package is purchased. All sessions in a package of 6 or more must be completed within 90 days from the date the package is purchased. Expired sessions that are not used in these timeframes are deemed to be forfeited, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may reschedule any consult or session by notifying Holden K-9 at least 72 hours before the date and time of the scheduled appointment. If you choose to notify Holden K-9 with less than 72 hours advance notice, or are not present at the scheduled time, the consult or session is deemed to be forfeited and is not refundable. In the case of a package, the forfeited session will count as one session for that package.
